- Where indicated to enter your URL, please enter the full URL including http://
- Where product names are mentioned e.g. Aweber, Blogging Starter Pack - enter your affiliate URL to those programs in the box immediately under it. If you do not have an affiliate link to a few products, leave it as is.
- If you want to view your PDF file within your browser, uncheck the 'Download PDF' checkbox below. Otherwise, simple click 'Create PDF' and save the file to your computer.
